Mumbai: On the event of Worldwide Ladies’s Day, the Mumbai police division has determined that girls personnel shall be getting eight-hour shifts from Tuesday. The order was issued by Commissioner Sanjay Pandey.

The officers on Monday mentioned the directive goals to assist girls personnel keep a wholesome work-home stability. Will probably be in drive within the metropolis until additional orders.

Commissioner Pandey launched the eight-hour shift initiative in January when he was the performing DGP of the state.

In response to an official, there are two choices for girls personnel. The primary choice had shifts beginning at 8 am, the shift timings can be 8 am to three pm, 3 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to eight am. Within the second choice, the shift would start at 7 am, the shift timings for it might be 7 am to three pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11 pm to 7 am.
